We know you have people and pets to care for, gardens to tend, teams to lead and ideas to share. You also deserve moments for self caring. At our humble yoga space, like you, we are simply trying to be healthier and more present. We can do this together. Creating a warm community is at the heart of our practice. Our home base is Silver Spring, MD and we retreat to our quaint beach oasis in Rehoboth, DE.
